Many of the activities we plan in pre-school promote children's physical development. From a challenging obstacle course to the challenge of pouring their own drink from a jug. Here are just a few examples from this weeks activities... The Chief Medical Officer has recently published a report which advises that 2 and 3 year olds should spend at least 3 hours per day at a variety of physical activities, at any intensity, spread across the day. For 3 year olds at least 1 hour should be of moderate to vigorous intensity. To view the report please follow this Link.
